You have two options if you’re not happy with your purchase: you can return it for a complete refund or swap it out for something different. Within seven days of the original purchase date, you can return or exchange your item.
1) The Parcel Must be Returned within 7 days.
2) Returned or exchanged products must be in the same condition as you received them and in the original box/packaging
3) A Refund will be given in full and in the same payment option that you used.
4) Refunds must be signed and made within 5 working days.
Note that, in most circumstances, this will be less shipping and fund transfer fees; but, if we make a clear mistake, we’ll cover all costs. In the end, we want you to be content!
